Yeah, I've gone off the deep end.
I mean, really, Halster. Hiring a spy? Dragons, if Mianne gets a single whisper of this in her ears, I'm never going to hear the end of it. She'll box my ears and refuse to speak to me for a week, and then, well. It'll be the thing that she brings up everytime we fight, ever. "Well, I win, because you hired a spy to stake out my grocery!" And that'll be it! Fight over, I'm doing dishes for a month.
... And I don't like it, either. Not at all. It makes me feel like I don't trust her. It's not about her, I keep telling myself, but it still feels ...
Eh.
What else could I do? I just -- can't shake this. And I don't want to risk being right and having done nothing about it.
I know that guy is bad news, and if I'm right, I don't want him around Mianne. Beginning and end.
